Workshops

We offer regular workshops for our dance community. Most workshops are offered for all levels and can be done with or without previous dance experience. The workshops are offered from regional dance artists as well as invited teachers, guest performers and choreographers. All information can be found in our PROGRAM.

*** Workshops for professional dancers are specially marked. We encourage professional dancers to also join the workshops for all as there is always something for everyone.

Creative Children's Dance 1 (age 5-6)

With Veronika Kornová-Cardizzaro: In this course children experience their whole body in creative movement. Improvisation and movement games focus on learning contemporary dance as well as the joy of movement.

ADULT MOVEMENT EXPLORATION

INSTANT COMPOSTION / IMPROVISATION & EXPLORATION INSTANT COMPOSITION is the art of choreographing in the moment and improvising with time, space and form. By working with different principles of improvisation, the perception of one's own body and movement repertoire is expanded. Subsequently, the elements explored can be used to play with composition and develop further. The goal of the course is to create a space to explore, play and research in order to increase one's own movement material and discover new things.

Contemporary Technique & Junior Training (age 10-18)

With rotating teachers: Together with the dancers of the Junior Company, contemporary dance techniques are tested and experienced. Contemporary dance deals with very different dance styles and forms of movement and plays with the creative freedom of movement.

Monday-Workshops

Guided by professionals from the regional scene, dance enthusiasts can get a feel into different styles during the impulse workshops, which last three Mondays.
