Dancersconnect is a neutral and informal platform aimed at professional dancers in permanently employed ensembles as well as the independent dance scene in Germany, but open for all.

The network's mission is to create safe spaces for communication and discussion, to promote education and information sharin, to advocate for the dancers perspective and encourage artists to actively participate in all aspects of their art form and society and to take action towards more fair and supportive working structures for artists.

The annual confrence offers the platform to meet in person, to connect, create awareness and exchange. Topics related to health and diversity will be shared in a lecture/workshop format. Furthermore, the conference will host a political panel with discussions on the current situation of minimum wages and the funding system.
