A wind tunnel is the "as if" in product development. Here, under protected conditions, what will later have to prove itself in practice is tried out. In this scholarship program of the Landesverband Freie Theater Baden-Württemberg (LaFT BW), ideas and concepts for new dance and theater productions are negotiated together. For the most part, independent artists develop their projects on their own, from the initial idea to the premiere. But wouldn't it be helpful to subject the concept to a joint reality check before the premiere? The Windkanal has set itself the goal of reflecting on new ideas in a fun and productive way. Theater and dance professionals from all over Baden-Württemberg are invited. In a kind of colloquium, they discuss concepts for their new projects together and deal with current artistic positions in the program of the 22nd International Schiller Days. The program for the fellows is not open to the public, but reflections and results of the "Windkanal" will be shared with an interested audience in a public discussion.

The Public Expert Discussion will take place on Thursday, June 29 from 16:00-18:00 at EinTanzHaus in Mannheim. Admission is free.
