What will I learn in your workshop? 

Contact improvisation is an improvised contemporary dance form with one or more partners. By picking up and releasing weight, playing with gravity, momentum and timing, spontaneous, dynamic-acrobatic to sensual, calm dance is created without fixed predetermined forms. In the workshops we will explore different principles of Contact Improvisation together (both solo and with partners), such as leading sequences, weight shifts, moving with different contact points, as well as techniques for lifting. 

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, preferably in layers. No previous experience necessary.
