Triggers-Workshop for Everybody

In this workshop we will use creative tools used in the creation of Triggers to make our own movement phrases and compose our own short choreography. After a movement warm-up, we will focus on creating our own simple movement phrases based on walking patterns and work with them to compose a new piece! As inspiration we will use the first section of Triggers which we can watch together and analyze. Anyone can participate!
