EinTanzHaus offers regular Gaga dance classes on Mondays. Montags Tanz—Gaga people consists of 12 classes for a broader public with or without experience in dance. The classes are led by the dancer Federico Longo, who brings a lot of energy and humour for an excellent start to the week.

What does the course offer?

Gaga people classes provide a framework for participants to connect with their bodies and imagination, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, build agility and explosive strength, and enjoy the joy of movement in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere.

What does the course look like?

Throughout the class, participants will be guided by a series of stimulating prompts designed to heighten awareness and further enhance sensations. Rather than moving from one prompt to the next, the information is layered and built into a multi-sensory, physically challenging experience. While many instructions are imbued with rich imagery, Gaga's research is fundamentally physical and insists on a specific process of embodiment. Within this shared research, the improvisational nature of the exploration allows each participant to connect with Gaga in a deeply personal way.

Information about the course:

Gaga/people classes are open to people aged 16+, regardless of background in dance or movement.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to dance barefoot or in socks. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water and a towel for use after class.

*Ticket sales are only possible online. There is no box office on the day of the workshop*
